We work with Telecom, Fintech's, healthcare and Industry apart from State, Museum and Municipal corporations.In order to foster expansion, currently we are seeking a BUSINESS EXPANSION MANAGER for our International Business Division (IBD). The position is based in Lisbon. Reporting directly to management you would ideally have the ability to perform the following responsibilities:Attract new clients and tech-resources to promote company products and services (Outsourcing/Nearshoring).Communicate with the technical team to create targeted campaigns.Drive Business Development and Partnerships closings.Attend meetings, conferences, participate in tech fairs / trade shows to create new leads.Develop and maintain long term relationships with key accounts.Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company goals.To achieve these goals, you should preferably have a background in:Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Information management or relevant field as a plus but not eliminatory.Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing sales accounts from scratch.Minimum 2+ years of experience as sales personnel or business development, preferably in the IT domain.Experience in attracting talents, live customer portfolio (national or international or both) and pitching ability is a plus.Awareness of MS Office and Business planning.Fluent in English.YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM:Working directly with stakeholders.Leveraging versatile, skilled and tech-savvy resources at your disposal.Seeking assistance from an efficient recruitment team.Attractive salary package.Target-driven growth and incentive plans to help you meet your personal and collective goals.Travel expenses.Health insurance.Dynamic work environment.The interested candidates are invited to reply with an updated résumé to the following email: ****** de oferta: Período Integral#J-18808-Ljbffr
