Currently, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our outstanding Sales Team in Portugal. Your primary mission will be to drive the generation of new business and create high-impact sales opportunities. About the role: Prospect potential customers and create new corporate business opportunities using various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events; Qualify and prioritizeleads to identify potential customers with a strong need for customer service automation solutions. For example, Chatbots, EmailBot, and Auditing Call Center Phone Calls; Demonstrate the value of Visor.Ai solutions to prospective customers through product demonstrations and presentations; Manage relationships with existing partners and clients referred by them, while also actively seeking and acquiring new partners; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of customers from the sales process to implementation; Meet or exceed sales targets and goals consistently; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to chatbots and customer service automation. About you: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; Proven track record ofsuccessful sales in a B2B environment, preferably with banking and insurance companies; Experience in selling chatbot solutions, SaaS platforms or similar products; At least two years of experience in similar positions; Used to long sales cycles; Ambitious with a saleshunter mindset, passionate for technology, and committed to success; Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting and organized follow-up processes, while managing full pipelines in CRM tools; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Good ability to solve problems and negotiating skills; Great ability to work under pressure, and ability to adjust priorities, with flexible schedules according to the needs of the projects; Language skills – Portuguese (Native) and English (B2)
