We're looking for a Business Development Manager who'll help us acquire 10x more customers across existing and new acquisition channels globally by creating meaningful partnerships.What you'll be doingGrowing Revolut's business programme to be a top growth channel for RevolutIdentifying new revenue opportunities (outside of existing business lines) to grow our active customer base year over yearFinding new distribution channels and partners to help distribute our productWorking with multiple country Heads of Marketing on acquisition and engagement campaigns across EMEACreating strategies for new customer acquisition, ideating and executing multi-channel growth strategiesIncreasing brand recall and awareness in relevant geographiesGetting broader alignment from leadership on execution of opportunitiesLeading and executing deployment of new business lines for RevolutWhat you'll need3+ years of experience in growth operations, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, or strategic partnerships for a $1B + tech firmExperience leading or executing launches of new business linesA solid track record of achievement demonstrated through a quick assumption of greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, or fast track promotionsExceptional problem-solving abilities and to be comfortable dealing with ambiguityThe ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you executeGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your teamRevolut is for those who always strive for excellence, for those who want to become the best in the world at what they do, for those who would never settle for less.
