Key Accountabilities: Evaluate, update and manage cost management systems.Work with the Product Line Manager to achieve target financial performance through financial data and cost reporting.Ensure systems provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data for management and decision-making.Collaborate with the quote analyst to develop responses for long-term yield growth.Provide timely notice of business trends affecting performance, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and cash flow.Responsible for inventory assessment and timely physical inventory.Act as a link between finance, logistics, commercial, and IT departments.Participate in the management and leadership of the business.Maintain internal control systems (SOX) and procedures related to cost and inventory systems.Develop financial business portfolio supporting production line investments.Establish continuous improvement plans for organizational efficiency.Facilitate efficient communication within and between departments.Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness rules of the workstation.Continuously improve health, safety, and environmental conditions.Participate in the definition and implementation of organizational policies.Actively engage in the continuous improvement of Environmental Management Policy and Health and Safety at Work.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.Develop a culture of good professional ethics among employees.Comply with quality and productivity standards.Adhere to the organization's rules and internal regulations.Perform other tasks as needed for service convenience.Education & Experience: Degree in Accounting, Economy, or Management or related areas.Accounting knowledge.Solid knowledge of national and international accounting standards.Mastery of tools and methods for calculating and controlling costs.Solid knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).Good computer skills.Results-oriented.Fluent in English and Portuguese.EEO Statement: BorgWarner is an equal employment opportunity employer.
