Oversee the entire RPA lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Foster a culture of automation and innovation within the organization.
Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions and intelligent automations.
Design, develop, and test complex automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate and other RPA tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementations.
Identify and prioritize process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee the deployment of RPA solutions into production environments.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation, with a strong focus on UiPath and Power Automate.
Proven experience leading and mentoring RPA teams.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and APIs.
Apply AI skills to automation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) preferred.
