Job Description As an Atlassian Technical Lead, you will be a key technical expert and leader, guiding customers and internal teams in the successful implementation and adoption of Atlassian solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to customers and internal teams on the Atlassian platform, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and other tools.
Design, develop, and implement complex Atlassian solutions, including integrations with other tools and systems.
Lead and participate in technical discussions and workshops, providing insights and recommendations on best practices and industry standards.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Atlassian ecosystem and contribute to the development of Devoteam's Atlassian expertise.
Solution Delivery: Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective Atlassian solutions.
Configure and customize Atlassian tools to meet specific customer needs.
Develop and deliver training and documentation to support customer adoption of Atlassian solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian implementations.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical role with a focus on Atlassian solutions, including design, implementation, and administration.
Deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and other tools.
Experience with Atlassian integrations, APIs, and scripting languages.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Atlassian solutions that meet customer requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
