JOB DETAILS:
Position: ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ITSM)
Location: Lisbon or Oporto (Hybrid)
Experience Level: Senior (+5 years)
DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
As a Business Analyst ServiceNow (ITSM) , you will:
Facilitate workshops to gather and align functional requirements across ITSM modules, ensuring integration with tools such as CMDB , Discovery , SailPoint , and Active Directory .
Analyze interdependencies with the CSM (Customer Service Management) module and recommend solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable specifications within the ServiceNow platform , implementing ITSM solutions effectively.
Redesign and enhance the Employee Center Portal , creating an intuitive and user-friendly service request catalog for employees.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize modules such as CMDB , Service Request Catalog , Change , Incident , and Request Management .
Guide UX/UI improvements to ensure a seamless user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITSM projects.
Hands-on experience with Employee Center
Internal user portal; CMDB Configuration Management Database; Service Request Catalog; UX/UI design improvements and ITSM processes: Change , Incident , Request Management .
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
