Business Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

What do you need to have: Hard Skills:
Knowledge of business processes in the area of human resources management;
Work experience in large companies, multinational companies;
English and Portuguese are Mandatory;
Functional knowledge of SAP Success Factors, in particular the modules:
Employee Central;
Recruiting;
Onboarding;
Performance & Goals;
Compensation Management;
Succession & Development.
Spanish (Preferable).
Soft Skills:
Good communication;
Team spirit;
Proactivity;
Time management.
