Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with over 5 years of professional experience to join a multidisciplinary team composed of project managers, functional analysts, technical leaders, developers of various experience levels, UX developers, and testers, working on projects managed with Agile methodology for a public sector client. Required Competencies: 5+ years in similar roles with solid experience in functional analysis; Higher education in an IT-related field. Preferential Competencies: IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis & Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); Knowledge of and alignment with Design Thinking methodology; Alignment with an innovation-driven mindset, focusing on differentiation and impact on the client's business; Alignment with a mindset geared towards business development; Strong empathy towards stakeholders and the client's business; Ability to conduct in-depth research on the client's business; Experience in conducting interviews with business stakeholders; Experience in gatheringand documenting requirements; Experience with user stories; Experience in TechnicalAnalysis / Design / Modeling; Experience leading junior functional team members.
