Overview / Summary: We are looking for an expertise in operational excellence analysis for our Data & Analytics. This role involves auditing and enhancing the efficiency and quality of processes within the D&A team. It requires an end-to-end perspective from project management to data extraction and quality control. The role requires a transversal overview to interact with all teams and assess processes end-to-end, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies that span multiple teams or processes, and propose improvements that impact the entire D&A.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Process Mapping, Evaluation & Auditing: Map out processes by identifying key steps and roles to fully understand the workflow in detail. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement. Regularly audit D&A processes to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures.Risk Assessment & Quality Control: Identify potential risks in D&A processes and propose strategies to mitigate them, including security risks and operational risks. Ensure the entire D&A team is meeting GDI requirements and standards, including cybersecurity requirements and legal requirements.Implementing & Monitoring: Develop and implement process improvement plans. Monitor the processes to ensure the improvements are effective and sustainable.Stakeholder Management: Report audit findings and process evaluation to senior management. Support process owners in adopting new processes and changes effectively. Communicate with process owners within D&A to onboard on process changes, gather feedback, and achieve internal alignment.
