We are currently looking for Business Analyst:
TASKS DESCRIPTION
Gathering requirements for the new application and creating documentation to support developers for each User Story
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Creating functional specifications for solutions
Coordinating, writing and testing of solutions
Assessing quality of enhancements
Ensure the functional tests of the subjects under its responsibilities
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
Working in direct collaboration with Business, Product Owner and Developers
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Skills and Experience
For Senior BA, more than 11 years of professional experience as a BA is expected
For Experienced BA, more than 6 years of professional experience as a BA is expected
Experienced in Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Octane, etc.)
Analytical and detail-oriented profile
Experienced in Application migration contexts
Critical thinking and decision making
Anticipating problems and proposing solutions
Producing rich & clear documentation
Working autonomously and prioritizing under tight timeframes
Knowledge in financial services industry and banking business is a plus
Experienced with Mainframe application environments is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
French speaking is a plus
