BUSINESS ANALYST  Portuguese company hires for remote/hybrid work CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN LISBON OR PORTO - PORTUGAL FLUENT PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH (C1) - FRENCH (nice to have) SEND CV IN ENGLIHS TASKS DESCRIPTION •       Gathering requirements for the new application and creating documentation to support developers for each User Story •        Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements •        Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts •        Creating functional specifications for solutions •        Coordinating, writing and testing of solutions •        Assessing quality of enhancements •        Ensure the functional tests of the subjects under its responsibilities •        Supporting business transition and helping to establish change •        Working in direct collaboration with Business, Product Owner and Developers •        Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints Skills and Experience For Senior BA, more than 11 years of professional experience as a BA is expected For Experienced BA, more than 6 years of professional experience as a BA is expected  Experienced in Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Octane, etc.)
Analytical and detail-oriented profile  Experienced in Application migration contexts   Critical thinking and decision making  Anticipating problems and proposing solutions Producing rich & clear documentation Working autonomously and prioritizing under tight timeframes  Knowledge in financial services industry and banking business is a plus  Experienced with Mainframe application environments is a plus Fluent in English (spoken and written)  French speaking is a plus
