We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon. Requirements: - Experience on Expense Claims tools, such as SAP Concur;
- Knowledge on Project management methodologies;
- Knowledge in SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities: -Supporting the implementation and maintaining a common Expense claims administration tool;
- Identify potential tools and reporting enhancements;
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications;
- Validate technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team;
- Support the functional implementation specification and configuration of a common expense claims administration tool;
- Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget;
- Plan, execute and close projects;
- Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test result;
- Gather business requirements and perform business analysis;
- Assess risk and provide risk response plan.
