Success drives growth, and we aim to strengthen our Delivery team with a Business Analyst to contribute to the development of innovative and differentiated embedded insurance services. Are you up for the challenge?
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic interface between business, functional, or IT areas of partners (in terms of project management, demand management, or operations).
Gather and design technical requirements.
Work closely with internal development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Promote effective communication and facilitate ongoing projects/tasks in the project/functional areas you support.
Participate in project meetings and provide execution updates.
Create and maintain detailed functional documentation by project.
Develop and design functional test cases.
Perform functional testing.
Monitor functional test execution.
Track and oversee technology implementation.
Assist in creating solutions and concepts.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, designing process flows and use cases.
Previous experience in the technology sector (development or IT consulting).
General knowledge of insurance support flows and processes to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Attention to detail, especially under pressure and time constraints.
Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges.
Customer-focused mindset.
Native Portuguese and fluent in English (B2).
Hybrid work model (on-site 3 times a week).
Nice to have:
A degree in Mathematics, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
