Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of helping the clients to determine and prioritize business and technical requirements, in addition to team management, work evaluation, and task distribution in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the products.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product owner/product manager in a software development areaExperience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirementsProven ability to understand the client's business needs and to transform them into technical requirementsPractical experience in projecting MVPsExperience in deconstructing product components to detailExperience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical peopleExperience in creating simple, clear and complete UX (even in case of complicated logic)Experience in software solutions creation from scratchAdvanced / Fluent EnglishAbility to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, QAs and project managersSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsCertifications (CBAP, etc.) will be a plusResponsibilities:Create clear product requirements and user stories, and manage product backlogProactively work with the customer to understand their needs and prioritiesTake an active role in product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessionsMaintain documentation so that everyone knows how things workWork closely with designers on the best UX/UI for end-usersTake part in engineering discussions to make sure solutions match the requirements
