YOUR ROLEAs a Broadband Lead Engineer, you will be part of a unique team that works every day to support Telecom Service Providers and CPE vendors to achieve service/product excellence. You will be the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and you will drive the team in terms of expertise as well as market trends. You will also be accountable for the continuous evolution of our infrastructure and services.
Act as a Strategic Leader to the overall broadband projects with a key role for our customers;Proactively act to understand and anticipate clients' needs;Lead Capgemini's broadband technical strategy, promoting continuous evolution based on the latest market trends and aiming to create additional value for our customers;Coach and challenge junior and senior colleagues to foster growth and coordinate their activities to ensure quality of deliverables;Support Sales and Pre-sales teams with RFIs/RFQs, promoting our added value, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence/awareness.YOUR PROFILEDegree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent major;Minimum of 5 years of experience as a network engineer, technical management, architect or equivalent experience;Expertise in at least 3 of the following technologies: IP Connectivity; DHCP, TR-069, RDK-B, IoT, Wi-Fi protocols and access networks (e.g., xDSL, FTTx and HFC);Hands-on experience with CPEs (e.g., residential routers/home gateways);Experience working closely with Telecom Operators;Familiarity with testing methodologies;Advanced/fluent English with high-level communication skills;Highly adaptable to new challenges and expert in time/task management;Knowledge of coding and automation tools (nice to have).WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Your career growth is central to our mission.
