ENTER THE GAME
The Brand Operations Executive will be central to marketing operations execution and responsible for driving continual improvement to initiatives and campaigns, delivering projects on time, aligned with marketing strategy.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your duties are:
Work with Brand, Growth, Product, Trading and Social Media teams to execute brand and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate campaign briefs and requests within the Brand team and central teams.
Create and publish engaging copy. The copy will be used for customer communication (onsite content, emails, pushes, banners etc) to encourage new and existing players to engage with the brand.
Update content such as text, images and resources on the brand site and app.
Use internal and third-party provider platforms to create campaign-specific pages and promotions.
Ensure that sections of the brands platforms (website, mobile site and app) are updated.
Manage and execute the brands' communication delivery, accurately and within given timelines.
Set up, test, publish, send, track and report on email, SMS and Push campaigns.
Execution of automated activities (all lifecycle stages) in coordination with Growth and central teams.
Establish solid communication channels for central operations with central teams to ensure synergy.

This job is for you if:
You have knowledge of the online gaming industry, a passion for sports, and an understanding of casino mechanics.
You have Portuguese as your native language with an excellent level of spoken and written English.
You have knowledge of Football (competitions/teams/players), Basketball and Tennis.
You have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Media (Social Communication).
You have experience working with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
You have understanding of communications and digital needs.
You have excellent organization, time management, and analytical skills.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are proactive, and a great Team Player.
