Role As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for our innovative medical cannabis products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving market penetration, and ensuring the successful launch of new products in the different territories.The role is based in Lisbon. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand initiatives into overall marketing and business plans.
Execution of operational plan: organize marketing activities as agreed, manage the related budget, track relevant KPIs, collect insights from the field.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns through agreed KPIs and insights from the Sales Teams.
Drive the execution of product launches, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts and maximizing product visibility.
Works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to identify opportunities/issues in the entire product lifecycle.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the medical cannabis market.
Analyze competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform brand strategies.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to build brand awareness and drive product adoption, both at B2B and B2B2C levels.
Create compelling content that communicates the medical benefits and unique selling propositions of our products.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with medical professionals and patient advocacy groups to ensure our brand aligns with the medical community's needs and expectations.
Requirements 3-5 years of previous experience as a Brand Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
Previous experience as Brand / Marketing Manager in Medical cannabis field.
Regional or global experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a track record of innovative and successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Communication and networking skills (internal and external).
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
