Job Overview : We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely.
This role involves providing high-quality support to French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to our web services.
While prior customer service experience is preferred, we offer full training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Problem Resolution : Address customer issues efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed on company products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
Order Assistance : Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
Technical Support : Assist customers with basic technical queries (training will be provided).
Collaboration : Work with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Customer Feedback : Collect feedback and share it with the team to help enhance services and products.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 09:00 AM to 09:30 PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday : 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Sunday : 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Days Off : 2 rotational days per week Relocation : No relocation support is provided.
Candidates should be based in Portugal or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Salary Conditions : Meal Allowance : 7.23€ per working day.
Transport Allowance : Not provided.
