Information Technology (IT) acts as an internal function developing, running, and maintaining the IT systems and platforms Nokia is running on. Develops and maintains applications to meet the business needs of the organization. Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.
Subfamily Description
IT Architecture (IAM) comprises the definition and management of enterprise architecture (including solution, security, process & information, and integration architecture), which aligns with and supports Nokia's business strategy, mode of operation, and business needs.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Be the lead for Nokia's BPM solution that aligns with enterprise architecture principles and ensure integration with other systems and platforms.Provide technical expertise and recommendations in evaluating new BPM tools and systems.Work with IT teams to integrate BPM systems with other enterprise applications such as LeanIX and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Ensure the alignment of business processes with strategic business objectives and enterprise architecture guidelines.Manage, configure, and maintain BPM tools, ensuring coherence with the organization's process automation and optimization strategies.Support compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and audit requirements for BPM and EA platforms.Establish best practices for BPM tool usage, system integration, and architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise governance frameworks.Lead the adoption of BPM tools and practices across the organization, providing documentation and training and support to teams. Key Skills And Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in business process management, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture.Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Signavio, Camunda) and EA management tools (e.g., LeanIX, ServiceNow).Experience with process automation, system integration, and workflow optimization.Strong analytical skills and experience in process modeling, analysis, and re-engineering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Certifications in BPM (e.g., Certified Business Process Professional – CBPP) or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).Experience in cloud architecture and integration with BPM and EA tools.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for automating BPM solutions.Experience with digital transformation and process automation platforms (e.g., RPA, AI-based solutions).
