What will your duties be?

-Answering telephone calls from customers wishing to make reservations at the group's hotels;
-Persuading customers to make bookings;
-Answering emails.

What will make you succeed in this position?

-Fluency in French and English or Portuguese;
-Professional experience in sales and/or customer service.

What do we have to offer?

-Full-time hybrid position;
-Rotating hours from 07.00 to 00.00;
-Attractive salary package + S.A (meal card);
-Performance bonuses.
