We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in one of the following languages: French, German, Danish or Dutch. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide information about products and services, resolving issues and concerns efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Assist in the development of FAQs and training materials based on customer feedback.Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service. Requirements:
Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Dutch.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.Proficient in using customer service software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
