Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
Participate in the development and follow-up of team budgets, ensuring that the progress of projects aligns with financial objectives; Track and report on the financial status of ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Manage transformation projects; Oversee the coordination of projects across nearshoring (Lisbon/Madrid) and offshoring (India) teams; Ensure successful implementation of transformation activities through weekly meetings, action plans, and project reporting; Assist in the management of the project portfolio, providing support to project managers in consolidating, reporting, and controlling key project information; Develop and maintain PMO standards, processes, and best practices; Governance and Risk Management; Internal and External Communication; Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred; 4-5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Management role, preferably in IT; Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus; Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage; Familiarity with project management tools and reporting software; Proficiency in English (written and spoken); French proficiency is a plus.
