Job Description Manage and solve production incidents; Monitor applications and infrastructure in an effective way, compliant with the established SLA for all business lines;Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures; Control load capacity for the applications;Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests; Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures; Documentation. Qualifications Experience in similar roles;Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments;Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python and/or PowerShell);Experience with JBoss, TomCat, Apache or IIS; Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and/or MySQL); Experience with Infrastructure back-ups;Experience with monitoring tools (ideally Zabbix or Grafana); Basic understanding of DataStage TX and Java (preferred);English;French (plus).
