Your roles will have a customer support component, so we rely on your empathy to delight customers and on your analytical skills to respond to the requests in the most effective way possible;
But, we are also looking for a lot of attention to detail and critical thinking, as your duties will also include support for the billing team and other backoffice work, such as updating databases.
competências
A passion without measure by numbers and data analysis;
Fluency in English (mandatory);
Good knowledge of Excel
Experience in administrative support / backoffice (Another tip: if you had experience in customer support in this area, you increase even more the probability of being the one!)
