Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist will be:
In this role, you may support both end users (B2C) and agencies (B2B) offering the services to their clients. Some of your tasks will include:
Assist customers with queries about the services via phone, email and chat
Assist in validating and receiving transactions
Assist in using the platform
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are a native German speaker with advanced business English
You are tech-savvy / you have a good IT knowledge
You are customer and quality oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
Financial skills are not required but a good interest in the sector is always appreciated
