Operation and Performance Analyst / Global Business Services

Responsibilities:
Responsible for audit plans in finance, technology, operations, strategic and compliance.
Execute department technology reviews to assess compliance with the Company's operational and financial control procedures.
Work with the audit team and management to recommend operational changes or financial procedures and internal controls to identify exceptions to established norms.
Qualifications:
8-10 years experience in Auditing or Accounting, with consolidation experience.
Internal Audit - Procedures - US GAAP - IT department - Cybersecurity knowledge.
Financial Modelling / Corporate Finance Role:
We are seeking a Financial Modelling / Corporate Finance professional to join an Investment Bank Principal Investments team. This role will focus on managing High Yield Bond Investments and Leveraged Finance transactions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly closing reports and closing process, providing timely and accurate reporting in accordance with both local regulations and US GAAP requirements.
Ensure that bookkeeping is in accordance with local regulations and Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for country Quarterly Balance review with EMEA Business Control.
