How We Do It
Just 1 in 10 US adults eats the recommended minimum of 5 cups of fruits and vegetables every day. We're helping solve that problem with convenient, organic, and mouth-watering products. Job Overview
We are a fast-growing company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Creative Services, the Associate Project Manager will work closely with colleagues from across the business. You will be an integral part of a best-in-class creative services hub that's agile, responsive, and supports our growth ambitions. Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and a great communicator, you will help to make sure our best creative ideas happen - on time, within budget, and to a high standard of excellence. Main Responsibilities
Traffic control of inbound requests for creative services (image & video, graphic design, copy)
Working with the VP of Brand, Creative Leads, and Senior Project Manager to help prioritize requests, allocate personnel, and ensure resource availability
Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider company to facilitate collaboration and help us get things done
Supporting a Senior Project Manager on keeping projects on track through workflow management, clear task lists and due dates, status reports, and meeting notes
Troubleshooting, refining, and documenting processes to increase efficiency, maximize productivity, and ensure seamless communication with other teams, in particular through our internal collaboration workspace (Notion)
We're excited to meet you because:
You have 2+ years project/account management experience
You can effectively organize large sets of data for current projects in a logical order
You're well-versed in setting up and managing project management software, file/asset management systems, and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Figma)
You're collaborative and keep your ego in check. This really matters to us: you'll be joining a team of people who are totally committed to helping each other grow and building something together. We expect the same from you.
People love working with you: whether they're designers or accountants, you understand their different needs and deal with them firmly and fairly
You are adaptive and agile, at home in constantly evolving situations
You always meet deadlines and take great pride in the quality and accuracy of your work
You can boast excellent written and spoken English (native or near-native proficiency), great people skills, and extraordinary attention to detail
You are able to work from our Lisbon or Cabra Figa office a minimum of twice a week
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with DTC and retail companies
Experience working in a creative agency
Experience working with the US market
Fluency in other European languages
PMP certification
