You will relish the opportunity to grow your role and build a career within an international B-corp.Main ResponsibilitiesTraffic control of inbound requests for creative services (image & video, graphic design, copy)Working with the VP of Brand, Creative Leads, and Senior Project Manager to help prioritize requests, allocate personnel, and ensure resource availabilityBuilding strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider company to facilitate collaboration and help us get things doneSupporting a Senior Project Manager on keeping projects on track through workflow management, clear task lists and due dates, status reports, and meeting notesTroubleshooting, refining, and documenting processes to increase efficiency, maximize productivity, and ensure seamless communication with other teams, in particular through our internal collaboration workspace (Notion)We're excited to meet you because:You have 2+ years project/account management experienceYou can effectively organize large sets of data for current projects in a logical orderYou're well-versed in setting up and managing project management software, file/asset management systems, and collaboration tools (e.G.
