Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Creative Services, the Associate Project Manager will work closely with colleagues from across the business. Main Responsibilities Traffic control of inbound requests for creative services (image & video, graphic design, copy) Working with the VP of Brand, Creative Leads, and Senior Project Manager to help prioritize requests, allocate personnel, and ensure resource availability Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider company to facilitate collaboration and help us get things done Supporting a Senior Project Manager on keeping projects on track through workflow management, clear task lists and due dates, status reports, and meeting notes Troubleshooting, refining, and documenting processes to increase efficiency, maximize productivity, and ensure seamless communication with other teams, in particular through our internal collaboration workspace (Notion) We're excited to meet you because: You have 2+ years project/account management experience You can effectively organize large sets of data for current projects in a logical order You're well-versed in setting up and managing project management software, file/asset management systems, and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Figma) You're collaborative and keep your ego in check.
