DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Sales Director

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Associate Inside Sales to play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives by creating strategic content and engaging directly with potential clients.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Develop materials and content to support sales, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the services and solutions offered by Broadvoice. Understand and analyze potential clients of Broadvoice, staying informed about the needs, expectations, and backgrounds of the target audience. Identify and segment the target audience, establishing contact with potential clients according to sales and marketing team plans and strategies. Gather leads and qualify their potential, monitoring the sales process until closure, aiming to contribute to business growth and meeting defined objectives. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, sharing information and leads for business development. Prepare detailed reports on the results of defined operational indicators, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Skill in content creation and written communication. Analytical capability for market research and lead qualification. Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively. WHY BROADVOICE:
