Associate Director Business Service Center Porto (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing
You will operate the Business Service Center Porto and manage all OTC and other business for the BUs Benelux, Iberia and France, delivering and meeting all SLA requirements.
Furthermore, you will lead >250 FTE across multiple functional and country organizations within the BSC.
Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures, SOX, internal controls, accounting standards and statutory & fiscal regulations.
Improve retention and motivate teams by setting clear expectations & targets, career planning and personal development to drive a culture of outstanding customer service and develop strong working relationships with the business.
Constantly benchmark with other centers and identify Best Practices for operational and process improvement and enforce digitalization and automation to create efficiencies.
You have to demonstrate cost responsibility and improve efficiency, performance and quality metrics to optimise performance.
Role Model adherence to SHEQ, sustainability and compliance to demonstrate visible leadership, share learning and manage consequences.
You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.
What makes you great
You have a University degree; MBA is a plus.
Long term experience in Customer service, Order to cash or Sales & Marketing.
You are knowledgeable of all OTC and related business processes.
You have a proven track record in program management and change management of complex transformation projects.
Excellent team management skills with a strong result orientation and holding teams accountable for target achievement.
Experience in operational leadership role in Sales & Marketing.
Excellent communication, persuasion and conflict resolution skills, as well as fluent command of English; another REW language is a plus.
You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
