Sales Assistant Position

Location: Príncipe Real, Lisbon

We are looking for afemale sales assistantto join our team at Shon Mott's only Lisbon store.

Responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationships; updating databases.
Organizing and maintaining the front and back of the house.
Delivering impeccable customer service aligned with Shon Mott standards.
Maximizing sales and creating a welcoming client experience with kindness and enthusiasm.
Managing stock inventory, assisting with VM (Visual Merchandising), and supporting the store manager.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the store.

Requirements:Fluency in English is mandatory.
Motivated to work with a proactive attitude.
Flexibility with working hours.
Strong work ethic and responsibility.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
Passion for customer service and retail.
