Fonctions et responsabilits: Atendimento a Clientes Inbound; - Vendas - Inbound (no se fazem vendas Outbound - Telemarketing). Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle: Formao secundria (fator preferencial);Competncias informticas na tica do utilizador;Experincia profissional no setor energtico (fator preferencial);Experincia profissional em ambiente de contact center e/ou apoio ao cliente e vendas (fator preferencial); - Disponibilidade para horrios rotativos, com folga ao fim de semana (2 a 6 feira - 9h/18h; 10h/19h; 11h/20h; 13h/22h);
Boa capacidade de comunicao;Gosto por trabalhar em equipa;Vontade em integrar um ambiente jovem e dinmico;
