Your position is based in Lisbon. Within our entity (85 employees), we are recruiting 1 new Assistant Coordinator Medical to meet our growth challenges.
Responsibilities:
Apply the administrative procedures
Create files in the Medcase tool
Manage the existing files
Alert the line manager to anomalies and sensitive cases
You manage the prevention plan:
Centralise client requests with a view to organising health check-ups
Suggest suitable service providers
Retrieve medical information from medical providers
Manage convocations for your international perimeter
You will be responsible for the management of contingency plans:
Manage life files (sick leaves for our French clients)

Minimum Qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree, with or without experience in insurance; however, your personality interests us just as much.
You have experience in a multinational environment and possess the ability to negotiate, good communication, and teamwork skills.
You are service-oriented and have excellent attention to detail with good interpersonal skills.
You are dynamic, organized, proactive, friendly, and patient.
You are able to work within deadlines and well under pressure.
You must be bilingual in English and French in order to carry out your missions.
