THE ROLE We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Lisbon - Póvoa de Santa Iria .
You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Senior Branch Manager , with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee the smooth operation of the depot. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Leading your depot operations in the absence of the Senior Branch Manager; Ensuring that the daily vehicle turnover is done according to the policies; Coordinating the different teams involved in the vehicle turnover flow to ensure: cleanliness of vehicles, audit & inspection of vehicles, maintenance and repairs, control of spare parts inventory, as well as kits preparation; Assisting with the training and coaching of the local team; Possibility to perform onboarding & training at other branches; Providing support to the branch & fleet managers by making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition; Control the depot's layout and organisation; Play an active role in the operational process optimisation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have at least 2+ years of work experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced, operational environment; You're fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory); You're eligible to work in Portugal, have a valid driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory); You're available to work on weekends and public holidays; You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
