In Iberia, our landmark project is Entrecampos, a large-scale mixed-use real estate project in the heart of Lisbon.
With Fidelidade as the project owner and investor, Fosun Hive Iberia is the development manager, responsible for the delivery of the project on behalf of Fidelidade and the Fosun Group.
Job Overview: Fosun Hive Iberia is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Asset Management team to lead the delivery of our residential component.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Asset Management and other key stakeholders to ensure the project's success.
The role is a senior position within the Asset Management team, and in addition to the residential component, will also support the office and retail leasing components of the Entrecampos scheme.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the residential development within the Entrecampos project, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver and implement a strategic positioning of the residential scheme, and secure necessary approvals from the project owner and investor.
Manage and administer sales contracts.
Create a commercial strategy to support the ongoing residential sales, in line with the project budget.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the profitability of the residential asset.
Monitor market trends and adjust project strategies accordingly.
Support and assist office and retail leasing programs as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status and financial performance.
Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the residential sales sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing residential projects and driving value creation.
Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, particularly in the context of urban development projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
