Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst / Senior Analyst Main tasks and responsibilities Monitor various markets, gather relevant information, like industry trends, competitor strategies, best practices, and disseminate insights to stakeholders within Norfin to support informed decision-making.Prepare presentations based on the market and projects commercial performance.Collaborate with the investment team to assess new potential investment opportunities, by providing thorough analyses in terms of product positioning and exit prices.Analyze assumptions underlying business plans, evaluating their feasibility and potential impact on project outcomes.Coordinate brokers involved in projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and providing support to optimize outcomes.Review marketing strategies and price lists periodically, analyzing their effectiveness and recommending adjustments as necessary to enhance competitiveness.Guarantee up to date information on project commercial performance, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance for decision-making purposes.Provide support to different teams within the organization as needed, leveraging analytical insights to address specific challenges or opportunities.Role Requirements Educated degree in Business, Real Estate or Economics;1 - 3 years' experience in the real estate sector or management consulting;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;Autonomous, proactive, entrepreneurial and result driven;Strong analytical skills;Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word and Excel);Verbal and written communications and presentation skills (in English and Portuguese);Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
