Main tasks and responsibilities
Integrate the team that: manages the development of hospitality and residential real estate projects within a prestigious golf and touristic resort in the Algarve, and
ensures the overall implementation of the project's business plan.
Coordinate the cross-functional teams (project management, architecture, engineering, commercial, marketing, golf and hospitality management, finance, legal, etc.) required to advance the project.
Actively engage in the management of all project stages (design, licensing, construction, operation, sales), ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, providing prompt response to urgent situations and presenting alternatives that enhance project performance.
Create presentations and reports for investors and internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, performance indicators, and objectives.
Role Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management or related field.
1 - 2 years' experience in a real estate or management related role.
Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and capability to develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
