Role Overview: As an Asset Discovery Trainee, you will be at the forefront of enabling business opportunities by identifying, tracking, and managing critical electrical assets for our customers. You will work closely with our technical teams and clients to ensure accurate documentation of Siemens' Electrification and Automation installed products and solutions. This role directly supports the success of our installations, fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
Your mission will be…
Asset Identification & Management: Support the discovery and documentation of assets (switchgear, automation systems, etc.) installed at customer sites, enabling seamless service and operational efficiency.
Commissioning Support: Assist field engineers in verifying and recording equipment during installation and commissioning, ensuring accurate tracking.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to provide asset information and address technical inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and service continuity.
Data-Driven Insights: Maintain asset databases and generate reports to enable data-driven decision-making and service improvements.
Business Opportunity Enabler: By ensuring precise asset documentation, you play a key role in unlocking future service and upgrade opportunities for Siemens.
We are looking for someone with… Educational Background: Recent graduates or final-year students with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
Detail-Oriented with strong data management and reporting capabilities.
Effective Communication to support customer interactions and team collaboration.
Customer Focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
