SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage the assigned Customer Groups in a given country to achieve profitable sales, gross margin, and sales growth within the expected cost parameters by applying Jotun's sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market, and respond to sales and technical inquiries.
Responsibilities: Develop the assigned customer groups business, create new customers, and promote Jotun products by understanding the market, recognising business opportunities, and developing a good network in the market to increase market share.Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence in order to achieve budget deliverables in terms of value, volume, and gross margins.Build and nurture relationships with key customers by building excellent rapport across hierarchies and providing effective value propositions in order to increase market share.Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications to secure sustainable market share and promote Jotun as a preferred supplier of high-quality paints and services.Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are being achieved.Build multi-level and multi-functional relationships at all key accounts.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Specific qualification: Substantial sales experience.Experience from anticorrosive paint is an advantage.University Degree.Proficient in English.Personal qualities: You have a strong personality, strong drive, are committed and goal oriented.You take the initiative and acknowledge the power of cross functional teamwork and cooperation.You are a team player and results-oriented with the ability to follow strategies with a focus on the bottom line.You are a good communicator and networker and mindset of winning as a team.We can offer: A professional and supportive work environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Jotun Ibérica is committed to an ambitious growth strategy.POSITION INFORMATION Company: Jotun Iberica S.A
