The "Zero Trust" mindset is considered a major strategic axis for our customer's cyber transformation and will contribute to the adaptation of the security ecosystem in response to issues such as:
business (implementing a faster and more agile security suitable to new paradigms as hybrid workforce, hybrid workplace within an ever-increasing Cloud usage)
financial (by standardized, rationalized and optimized the security ecosystem)
security, by enforcing an « ultimate least privilege » principle using identity, context and risks to ensure continuous, adaptive and dynamic access
The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, sharpening synthesis and autonomy skills. In conjunction with different IT teams or entities in the group, or IT solution architecture developers and designers, the candidate will improve its communication and adaptation abilities.
As part of the Expertise and Innovation team, you will participate in the functional and technical evaluation and design of architectures and solutions to support the implementation of the Group's Zero Trust strategy. As IAM (Identity And Access Management) is considered the cornerstone of the Zero Trust implementation, the activities described below will be carried out in addition to these disciplines, including non-technical components such as governance, business processes, rules, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
After learning and assimilating Zero Trust concepts and their application to our Zero Trust client (approach, principles, models, objectives, pillars, etc.), the candidate will be assigned to various activities:
Participate in the Zero Trust framework and strategy adaptation including feedback from practical implementation, evolution of needs, and market maturity
Understand the identified use cases and possibly identify relevant new ones, their maturity levels to be reached and the related technical/non-technical flows to be planned.
Establish high-level architecture patterns needed for the Zero Trust strategy and co-define Group transversal architecture standards
Assist IT production/operations teams (Telecom, Security, IAM, ...) to operationalize the Zero Trust Strategy (identify gaps, impacts, deliverables, outcome projects for each transformation step)
Design robustness and Zero Trust compliance assessments
Contribute to an urbanization approach and propose new or adapted architecture standards and rules
Help the project leader in supervising and following up the Zero Trust Strategy (feed Sponsor's committee with risks, problems, activities, ... )
Keep an ongoing solutions, technologies, and best practices watch including POC implementation
