THE JOBWe are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support for an international project in the banks sector.
YOUR DAY TO DAYResolving incidents and support requests - Efficiency of the solutions provided.Proper communications to operational users regarding item resolution and status.Internal global communication between APS IT client teams.Correct application of SLA and fulfill APS IT duties. Sharing the expertise and knowledge with the team.Develop good understanding of the applications the team supports (functional and technical).Applying the rules and the procedures in place.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORProficient in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL - Linux/Unix commands.Good knowledge of the funds industry or knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry.IT or business degree.Experience in production/application support activity.Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical).Fluency in English.Fluency in French (nice to have).WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USStable professional career: Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.
