Application Support

WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
FUNCTION:

Provide functional and technical support to users;
Analyze system logs and identify possible problems with applications;
Contribute to preventive maintenance by providing permanent fixes;
Prioritize and deliver excellent service, problem solving and support for business teams;
Monitor the service, report, and continuously improve the quality and availability of the service.

PROFILE:

Degree in Computer Science;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Application Support (L1 and L2 support);
Good knowledge of Databases (MS SQL, Oracle, among others);
Fluency in English;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good communication, dynamism, and proactivity skills;
Teamwork spirit and continuous learning are valued.
