We are currently looking for Android Technical Support Engineer:
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Familiar with APIs and capable of supporting multiple applications.
Skilled in technical analysis.
Continuously monitoring for new tickets and alerts.
Replicates the behavior to troubleshoot issues using test devices and tools. Utilizes test devices, debugging tools, and development tools to triage issues.
Communicate with stakeholders for any ticketing-related concerns, activities, assignments, or urgent tasks.
Exhausts all external and internal resources for research.
Contributes to side-projects, tool automation, and team innovation.
Regularly attends training programs and brown bag sessions to enhance capabilities.

Skills:

Android/Java
Familiarity regarding usage with APIs (REST-based and/or related libraries)
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Languages: Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)
Location: Lisbon, onsite 3 times per week, with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future.
