As a Tracer Analyst, you will work with the world's largest brands to create a safer online experience, which includes identifying and taking down counterfeit, impersonations, fraud, phishing, and other infringing activity.Job SummaryThis role can be the launch pad of your career. You'll be expected to learn and master each platform and the Tracer product as you work alongside some of the biggest brands in the world. Tracer is growing quickly with multiple growth opportunities for our top performers!As an Analyst, you'll use your problem solving skills on behalf of our customers to help them protect their brands online. You will work independently, and as part of a larger team, to identify and tackle the unique challenges that brands experience in the online environment. In this role, you'll hone your data analysis, investigative, and reporting skills, as you learn about the business problems created by intellectual property infringement. A successful Analyst is one who loves learning new things, is comfortable with change, is resourceful and is inquisitive - someone who wants to solve the puzzle.Duties/ResponsibilitiesConfigure Tracer system based on brand(s), priorities and business problemsMonitor, evaluate and classify search results based on customer parametersConduct investigationsGenerate weekly, monthly and custom ad-hoc reportsAttend and participate in client meetingsConduct takedown and enforcement work (depends on client)Requirements2+ years work experienceCollege Degree preferred but not requiredComfortable leveraging different technologies and getting up to speed quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office suiteSolid communication skillsCritical thinking / problem solving skillsMultiple positions available.
