Experience in similar IT support positions, ideally in the financial sector;
Experience in ITIL processes and ITSM tools;
Knowledge on Azure Application Insights;
Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation;
Knowledge of Atlassian Collaboration Tools (Jira/Confluence);
Fluency in English (mandatory);
