You will delight many of our Clients around the world by building the best digital experiences. The Product Owner is a strategic role in Business Transformation, as it must orchestrate the Customer Needs (Love the Problem), the Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution), and the Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).Your key responsibilitiesFacilitate a variety of customer-related tasks such as gathering customer data, insights, feedback, and KPIs to support the implementation of new digital products and services.Gather data through the Service Design and UX team to help lead product development and success.Create a Product Roadmap to outline the strategy, priorities, and deliverables over time.Define approaches for product roadblocks with problem-solving to mitigate risks and avoid compromising delivery dates.Prioritize Product Releases based on revenue, success rate, and customer needs.Analyze market trends to envision customer needs based on research to ensure product relevance.Manage the Product Backlog (Jira) with logs of product evolution, new features, and development roadblocks.Understand product underperformance and coordinate the right approach to improve the experience.Align different teams to work together through clear communication with all stakeholders.Manage tight product launch timeframes to fulfill commitments to clients.Communicate effectively with different Digital Software Vendors to source required information or solutions.Ideally, you'll also haveExperience in leading teams to execute high-quality deliverables within stipulated timelines.Experience managing Agile projects with personal accountability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent people and problem management skills.The ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.What We Look ForHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
