As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Delivery Lead to join its Game team.
The Delivery Lead facilitates events, removes impediments, provides coaching to team members, and ensures timely and accurate delivery of the roadmap (backlog) items. They increase team efficiency, motivate the team, spin, and argue for changes. They ensure the DoD (Definition of Done) is being followed.
YOUR ROLE
Guide one or more Capability teams
Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of the strategic roadmap (backlogs) items, while maintaining inter-team alignment
Promote Objective-oriented principles and methods in the Capability teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements
Participate and share knowledge in the Domain as well as promote best practices
Support transformation and encourage teams to adopt Domain-driven values and apply Objective business value-driven approaches
YOUR PROFILE
University or College Degree in Computer Science or relative field
Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in an oriented agile environment
Understanding of technology - Language and Applications (previous experience as a developer will be considered an asset)
Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
Active participation in a culture of teamwork and quality
Fluent in English, oral and written
