Without correct master data every procurement process will come to a standstill. Join Corporate Procurement as an expert for the administrative handling of our master data. Support us and keep the procurement engine running by ensuring that master data is always up-to-date, wherever it is needed.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will create and update (vendor) master data in our backend systems and our Procurement Platform, where you will always aim for a high service level of compliance adherence to enable efficient procurement and invoice processes.
You will be a quality gatekeeper and ensure that sensitive data is stored accurately in all our systems.
You will communicate with requesting stakeholders in the company to eliminate road blockers regarding the creation and adjustment of supplier details.
You will support data quality initiatives with the aim of keeping master data up-to-date.
You will support all topics around supplier management.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience: You have a general understanding and ideally experience in purchasing and invoicing processes.
Tools: You bring general knowledge in MS Office.
Soft skills: You have a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style; you are trustworthy and have high integrity.
Way of working: You are highly efficient in the operative processing of incoming tickets.
Languages: Solid knowledge of German and English language (mainly for Email processing).
